This costume represents my interpretation of The Governor's Wife from Bertolt Brecht’s play The Caucasian Chalk Circle. For the design, I drew inspiration from traditional Icelandic clothing.

Created as my final project in the second year of my studies, the costume features hand-embroidered leaves on both the skirt and bodice. Each detail was carefully crafted to evoke the authenticity and rich heritage of traditional Icelandic dress.
